Saute of Spiny Lobster and Black Porgy
Fish of the day wrapped in foil then sauteed in a pan with brine accompanied by a beurre blanc sauce
Fresh seafood such as Spiny Lobster, Flatfish, Grunt, Horse Mackerel and Oval Squid with salsa sauce
Broccoli topped locally caught fish with a bagna càuda flavour

Meat Dishes:
Grilled Nagasaki Roasted Beef in a jellied beef sauce with freshly steamed garden vegetables
